USA Financial Consultants was founded on 05/22/09 as a California based Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage.

Our broker Felipe Arias, is a proud naturalized Peruvian American who migrated to the United States in 1989. He has 5 years of experience in the Real Estate and the Mortgage industry and hold s a bachelors in Computer Engineering from California Polytechnic University. During the last 5 years he has helped the Hispanic community in San Diego, CA offering exceptional Real Estate and Mortgage consultations. He is also a REALTOR member of CAR, NAR and SDAR since 2004.

James John Darby, also a proud American, President of USA Financial Consultants brings to the company over 2.5 years of experience in Loss and Mitigation in regards to loan modifications. James has worked for 2 different law firms and has over 4 years of experience in deficiency balances, debt judgments accounts, property liens, bank levies and wage garnishments. 7 years of studies on Industrial engineering and business management. 2 years experience as an insurance agent for Americo, Prudential and other insurance companies. He is proud of his many accomplishments such as helping more than 500 Hispanic owners save their properties and successfully modifying their mortgage payment into something affordable, comfortable and that the borrower understands.
